Registration

1. Complete and sign the current registration form: Fall 2009 Registration Form [ PDF ] [ Word (fillable) ]

2. Mail a hard copy of the form and a check to the CAA Office (P.O. Box address on form).

3. Email a photo of yourself to photos@playcaa.org for your player card. (Returning players need not resubmit a photo.)

Note:
•  For liability reasons, CAA must have a completed registration & waiver form and registration fee before you can play. This will be strictly enforced.
•  In the men's division, player cards must be handed to the referee prior to entering the field. Managers will receive a card for each person who has completed all three registration steps prior to the match. There will be no exceptions. Please allow 48 hours for cards to be produced and delivered to the team manager.
•  There are other CAA Men's Division regulations of which you should be aware.
