Registration

* For liability reasons, CAA must have a completed registration & waiver form and registration fee before you can play. This will be strictly enforced.

* In the men's division, player cards must be handed to the referee prior to entering the field. Managers will receive a card for each person who has (1) submitted a signed registration & waiver form to the CAA office, (2) submitted the registration fee to the CAA office, and (3) mailed a digital photo of himself to photos@playcaa.org. There will be no exceptions. Please allow 48 hours for cards to be produced and delivered to the team manager.
