Zero Tolerance Policy

Christian Athletic Association (CAA) Soccer League will not tolerate any form of abuse toward any of the players, coaches, CAA officials, or referees from any player, parent, family member, or spectator.

Code of Conduct

All players...
...shall practice Christian values on the field of play before, during, and after any CAA Soccer activity.
...shall practice sportsmanship, play fair, and show courtesy toward all players, coaches, spectators, and referees before, during, and after any CAA Soccer activity.
...shall not use profanity before, during, or after any CAA Soccer activity.
...shall not criticize or act in any way that may show any form of disrespect to anyone present.
...shall not use any drugs, alcohol, or tobacco products in the vicinity before, during, or after any CAA Soccer activity.

All parents...
...shall support their child's team in practicing sportsmanship, fair play, and ethical conduct.
...shall help their child and CAA make soccer a positive experience.
...shall show courtesy to opponents and officials before during and after any CAA Soccer activity.
...shall not criticize officials, use profane language toward them, or question their authority.
...shall not enter the field of play, nor stand on the sidelines and yell at coaches, referees, or league officials.
...shall not interfere or interrupt the coaches before, during, or after practices or games.
...shall support the CAA Code of Conduct as it applies to friends and family attending CAA activities.

All spectators...
...shall not criticize the players, coaches, or referees in front of others by word or gesture.
...shall accept decisions of the game officials as being fair and unbiased.
...shall refrain from using physical or verbal abuse or profane language at any CAA function.
...shall not interfere or interrupt the coaches before, during, or after practices or games.
...shall not be in possession of or use any illegal substances or alcoholic beverages during a CAA Soccer activity.
...shall not smoke any tobacco products before, during, or after a CAA Soccer activity near any of the players, coaches, or spectators.
